RETURN/EXCHANGE

We do not offer returns under any circumstances. Only size exchanges are permitted, strictly in accordance with the terms set forth below.

Eligibility for Size Exchange
Size exchanges are applicable only to products purchased at full price. Products purchased during sales, promotional offers, or at any discounted price are expressly excluded from eligibility.

Timeframe for Request
A request for a size exchange must be submitted within 2 (two) days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period shall not be entertained.

Condition of Product
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact. The product must be free from stains, odors, marks, or damage of any nature. Any product failing to meet these conditions shall be rejected.

Non-Eligible Products
The following products are not eligible for size exchange:

  • Products purchased at a discounted price or from the sale section
  • Customized products made to customer-specific measurements
  • Altered or modified products
  • International orders delivered outside the territory of India

Shipping Costs
The cost of reverse shipping the product to our warehouse shall be borne exclusively by the customer. Upon approval of a size exchange, the cost of shipping the replacement product shall be borne by us.

Final Authority
All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval at our sole discretion. Our decision in this regard shall be final and binding.

REFUND +

Most of our products are made to order and as a result, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to assist you with size exchanges, alterations,  ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

CANCELLING AN ORDER +

You can cancel an order placed on our website within 24 hours of receiving an order confirmation e-mail. Any requests beyond such timeline would not qualify for cancellation.

DAMAGED PRODUCT +

Any product that has been hampered or damaged during transportation is eligible for a return/exchange/repair as long as we have been intimated of such damage within 48 hours of delivery. The damaged product will have to be couriered back to our warehouse within 7 days of such intimation beyond which we would not be able to accept the merchandise.
The cost of reverse shipping the damaged product will be reimbursed to the customer if it is found that the product was indeed damaged during transit.
In such a scenario, our production team will assess the damage and offer one of the following resolutions to the customer depending upon the degree of damage:

  1. Repair/Alteration to fix the damage and courier the product back to the customer.
  2. Process an order for a fresh item if the damage is not reparable.
  3. Return for a store credit.

Please note that the resolution being offered shall be at the sole discretion of our team upon assessing the damage.
